Hotel and Travel
Attendees are responsible for booking their own flights and hotel accommodations.
As you plan your attendance, we have some fantastic news to share; we’ve partnered with the Hilton Monterrey directly connected to Galerias Valle Oriente Shopping Mall with its many shopping and dining options and just minutes from the center of Monterrey.
We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Hilton Monterrey. The SKF Team will have a welcome area at the hotel, special activities are planned at the hotel, and all transportation to and from the event will be provided from the Hilton Monterrey. We encourage all attendees to stay at the Hilton Monterrey and take advantage of the special room rate we have negotiated.

Please note the default hotel dates are September 30-October 7. To adjust the dates to your preferred travel, select Book a Room and then at the top of the screen select Edit Stay to adjust the dates.
The number of rooms available at the exclusive event rate is limited, so we encourage you to book as early as possible to guarantee your spot at this outstanding hotel.
Airport Transportation
SKF will provide group airport transportation for the following days and locations.
Monday, October 2 & Tuesday, October 3 From the Monterrey International Airport (MTY) to the Hilton Monterrey
Wednesday, October 4 From the SKF Monterrey Factory to the Monterrey International Airport (MTY)
Thursday, October 5 From the Hilton Monterrey to the Monterrey International Airport (MTY)
In order to include attendees in our plan for airport transportation, flight details must be provided with your registration by September 20, 2023.
Please note you do not need to wait for your flight details to register for the event. Once you have your flight details you can come back and provide that information.
