Will SKF provide transportation to the Factory?
Yes. There will be secure roundtrip transportation offered from the Hilton Monterrey to the Monterrey Factory on October 4th.

Can I park at the Monterrey Factory?
Yes, there is complimentary parking at the Monterrey Factory.

Will SKF book my hotel room?
No, attendees are required to book and pay for their own hotel accommodations. However SKF has secured a room block at the Hilton Monterrey with a discounted rate of $145 per night (additional VAT and state tax apply). Click HERE by calling +52 81 1423 5300 to book your hotel room.

Please note the default hotel dates are September 30-October 7. To adjust the dates to your preferred travel, select Book a Room and then at the top of the screen select Edit Stay to adjust the dates.

Will SKF provide airport transportation?
Yes, SKF will provide group airport Transportation for the following days and locations.

Monday, October 2 and Tuesday, October 3 From the Monterrey International Airport (MTY) to the Hilton Monterrey
Wednesday, October 4 From the SKF Monterrey Factory to the Monterrey International Airport (MTY)
Thursday, October 5 From the Hilton Monterrey to the Monterrey International Airport (MTY)

Flight details must be provided on by September 20, 2023 in order for SKF to provide your transportation.

How can I provide my flight details after I have already registered?
Yes, please following the steps below.

How to provide flight details:
Log In Button: Select the Log In button at the top of the screen and provide the email address you registered with.
Already Logged In?: If you do not see a Log In button, you are already logged in. Click on the silhouette in the top right corner and select view profile.

Will there be a secure location to store my luggage at the Monterrey Factory?
Yes, we will have a secured bag check location available at the Monterrey Factory.

What meals will be provided?
All attendees are invited to attend a SKF sponsored Welcome Dinner on October 3rd and on October 4th a lunch buffet and refreshments will be offered at the Monterrey Factory. For those staying at the Hilton Monterrey, breakfast is included as part of your room rate.
